Ball Mastery and Physical Literacy Program (BMPL)

Under 5 - Under 10

The Ball Mastery & Physical Literacy Program has two parts. The first helps kids get more touches on the ball, building confidence with dribbling, shooting, passing, and other soccer techniques. The physical literacy component focuses on the ABCs—Agility, Balance, and Coordination—through competitions, challenges, and soccer-specific activities. Drills are adapted for older kids to keep them challenged and support their overall development, helping all participants improve their athleticism and confidence with the ball.
