Refund policy

This refund policy (the policy) is intended to provide information to a person who would like to withdraw from a program offered by United F.C and get reimbursed. This applies to all fees paid towards a program within United F.C offerings unless stated otherwise.

If there is any concern or reason that you are planning to withdraw that you feel United F.C can assist with, please contact info@unitedfootballclub.ca. We would be more than happy to work with your family to find a potential solution if possible. Refund Request form can be found HERE

The Policy:

  • All fees are determined by the club and once paid you agree to that amount for the program.
  • If you would like a refund, please make a refund request HERE.
  • If a refund request is made two weeks or earlier prior to the start of the program a full refund will be administered.
  • All refunds are subject to administration fee which is $20.
  • If a shirt has been ordered prior to withdrawal, then this will be deducted from any potential reimbursement.
  • If a refund is requested within the first 2 weeks of the start of the program 50% of the cost will be refunded, minus the administration fee and uniform cost.
  • There will be no refund after the 2nd week of programming has been completed.
  • If there is extenuating circumstances such as injury, illness, moving etc, then a refund will be prorated based on the number of weeks that has been completed by a registrant. Admin fee and uniform cost will still apply.
    • Please note proof will need to be shared prior to receiving the refund.
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to be processed.
  • No refunds will be issued if a player was absent for majority of the training sessions.
  • If weather impacts a session and it must be cancelled, then it will be re-scheduled. If it cannot be re-scheduled, then a credit will be given to the family for future seasons.
  • If a discount has been applied then any potential refund will be applied toward the discounted amount.

Program Cancellation:

  • If a program is cancelled before the season starts you will be refunded the full amount with no administration fee.
