U6 Boys & Girls

Designed for children born in 2020. Kids should now be understanding the rules of the game and direction of play. We continue to focus on fundamental skills but start to encourage more competition, highlight discipline and incorporate more traditional soccer drills that reflect the actual game. Kids vary in their development in this age so we fluctuate between play based learning and traditional soccer drills to engage everyone and make it FUN!

Sessions include more game-like scenarios that encourage awareness, creativity, and teamwork, helping players apply their skills in realistic soccer situations.

After I purchase a program what to expect?

You will be sent a confirmation email asking you to fill out a form on the registration page.

Once completed you will then get an invite to Teamsnap.

What is Teamsnap?

It is an app/website that the club uses to input the season schedule, message and organize the team. Note it is FREE so do not pay for it.

What equipment is needed?

  • Artificial Turf: Cleats/turf shoes or sneakers with good grip.
  • Grass Field: Cleats recommended, (sneakers/ turf shoes can work but may slip if a bit damp/wet)
  • Indoor Gyms: Indoor futsal shoes or sneakers with good grip

Uniform is provided upon sign up.

Are sessions weekly?

  • Recreation Program frequency is once a week. You can couple the recreation training with House League, Ball Mastery & Physical Literacy program or camps to fill up your child's schedule. Check individual programs for full schedule.
