Frequently asked questions

What are the youngest age groups, and do children play actual games?

Our youngest age group is the U4 with players as young as 2-years old. Players at this age do not play games until they've reached U5 and up once they're developmentally ready. The focus is on fun, basic skills, and guided play.

How long are training sessions for children, and how often do they occur?

Session length and frequency depend on age. U4 sessions are shorter (35-40 minutes/week) to match attention span. While older age groups may train more frequently and for longer sessions.

How are programs formed or group (location, age, skill)?

Programs are organized mainly by age and location. Some programs, particularly those for older or competitive participants, may include skill assessments. When registration allows, balanced teams are formed, and friend or team requests are accommodated whenever possible.

How do I register my child for a soccer program?

Registration is a two-step process: first, select a program that best fits your child's age and your preferred location, then complete your child's information form. All registration happens online for your convenience.
