This is a hybrid program that focuses on Ball Mastery for one half of the session and Physical Literacy for the other half, and at the end there will be a scrimmage.

Ball Mastery

Ball Mastery:

Build real confidence with the ball.

Our Ball Mastery classes focus on one essential thing — your child becoming comfortable and skilled with the soccer ball at their feet.

Inside these sessions, players learn the foundation of great soccer:

  • how to control the ball
  • how to change direction quickly
  • how to move with the ball under pressure
  • how to stay balanced, coordinated and confident

Ball mastery is the base skill that separates players who play soccer from players who can impact the game. When a young player learns to truly control the ball, every other skill becomes easier — passing, dribbling, turning, shooting, and staying calm in real game moments.

These sessions are fun, fast-paced, repetition-based and designed specifically to build strong technique in young developing players.

If you want your child to build a real technical foundation in soccer — this is where it starts.

Physical Literacy

Physical Literacy

Strong bodies. Sharp movement. More confident kids.

Our Physical Literacy classes build the key movement skills every child needs — not just for soccer, but for life. Before kids can excel with the ball, they need a strong physical foundation.

In these sessions, players develop:

  • balance & coordination
  • agility & quickness
  • better body control
  • strength, posture & stability
  • the ability to move the right way at the right time

Physical literacy is what allows kids to run, jump, turn, start, stop, fall, get up, and move with confidence. These are the building blocks for all sport — and they directly support future athletic success.

Our sessions are fun, engaging, development-based and designed to help kids feel capable, confident, and proud of what their bodies can do.

If you want your child to move better, feel stronger, and build the foundation for long-term athletic development — this is the program.

Enroll today — set your child up with the physical skills that support every sport they’ll play.
